１．第１回地域防災EXPOとは
災害時に住民の命や財産を守るための対策が、自治体の重要な役目になっています。本展には自治体向けの防災対策が一堂に出展

２．東村山市の防災とは
東村山市では、防災対策ということで、東村山市の大きな課題でもあります。地震大国ともいわれ世界の地震の3分の２は、日本で起きているという事実！今後30年以内に南海トラフ大地震がくる！と言われています。東村山市は埼玉に近く（隣が所沢）に位置して比較的地盤が固いといわれ、昔から災害なども少ない地域です。しかし、高齢化が進み、空家も増えるなど、地震の防災対策もいざという時に大事になってきます。

３．メディアで大注目の防災移動カー発見（News EVERYDAYでも取材）
今回、第1回地域防災EXPOに参加して、なんと防災移動カーを発見しました。三和商事さんという会社が出展。三和商事さん、2011年の東北震災から本格的に取り組み、地元の小学校、自治体で色々な防災活動をしています。今メディアが取り上げられている大きな理由は、そのユニークな商品（水に浮くリックとか）と防災グッズの体験を実施しているところです。地域まで行きその場で商品の説明、体験をしてくれます。今の時代、防災商品をネットでも多く買えますが、やはり体験に勝るものはありません。貴重です。
今回は、災害時のロープの結び方！いや非常に参考になりました。
今度、ぜひ、東村山市にも導入して、防災移動カー（ＧＥＮＳＡＩ）に来ていただきたいと思いました！
